The MCM Technology has over 25 years’ experience delivering monitoring services across Ireland to both the Irish business and domestic markets. Currently one of the largest indigenous independently owned alarm receiving centre companies in Ireland, we provide a broad range of technical monitoring and security operation centre (SOC) services.
Over 20 people are employed in our Alarm Receiving Centre business in Ireland. Our office headquarters is based in Cork, but we operate all over Ireland with extensive experience and are fully licensed by the Private Security Authority (PSA) License number 00357.

MCM Technology Ltd adopts an integrated security philosophy in the delivery of our security services. It is our view that the combined resources of technical and partner manned services offers the optimum security company solution to our client base. All services provided are to quality certification standards PSA:33 2013 IS: 228:1997, S.R 25 2005, S.R 45 2014.

- ensuring that all staff roistered to your assignments are fully receive specific training to support the currently induction classroom training provided by MCM Technology Ltd

- utilising whatever technical resources that may be available on the ground in support of any Manned services in order that we may optimise the security for our clients

Business Security Service Management
We operate an internal management structure. Our focus is to maintain consistent high quality in service delivery. Individual managers coordinate and control the commercial requirement of each of our operations
Our management approach is based on appointing high calibre staff to key roles and developing individuals in these roles through training and management development programmes.
Our business security service managers are also very focused on maintaining high standards of performance from our personnel. The monitoring of staff performance and feedback is a core management function for all our managers.
